Next Bridge Hydrocarbons, Inc. is an independent, public reporting energy company based in Midland, Texas. We engage in the acquisition, exploration and development of oil and natural gas properties in the United States.
We currently have minor well interests in the Eastern edge of the Midland Basin, two minor well interests in Oklahoma and exploration prospect leaseholds in the onshore Louisiana Gulf Coast area.
We are a private company insofar as our shares are not traded on any public exchange, but we update shareholders about certain operational and financial matters related to our business per SEC reporting guidelines. We may consider various strategic options, including partnering with, or the sale of any or all of our assets to, third parties.
